The Grounded Journey

Real food speaks for itself when you strip away the junk. We rejected the dense paragraphs of stabilizers and warehouse delays to craft fresh, uncompromised staples that don't require a chemistry degree to understand.

1. The Art of Subtraction

If you read the label on a standard supermarket jar today, you are usually met with a dense paragraph of stabilizers, palm oil, and refined syrups. I take the exact opposite approach. My Simply Seeded peanut butter relies on the quiet power of just three pure elements: deeply roasted peanuts, a pinch of Himalayan pink salt, and your choice of a clean sweetener—monk fruit or date powder. It is my exercise in letting real food speak for itself.

2. The Luxury of Patience

Pure ingredients only matter if the process respects them. The truth is, a jar of Simply Seeded doesn't actually exist until you ask for it. I rejected the traditional warehouse model to run strictly on micro-batches. Your jar is roasted, ground, and packed only after your order drops into my system. It demands a little more patience, but the reward is opening a jar at its absolute peak of freshness.

3. The Bigger Blueprint

This standard is not just a rule for my peanut butter—it is the blueprint for my entire kitchen. I am currently applying this exact philosophy to my upcoming lines of wild-fermented Kimchi (ĀCHAR) and slow-brewed Kombucha (Soma). Whether I am crafting a sweet spread, a complex spicy ferment, or a botanical elixir, my promise to you remains uncompromised: fewer ingredients, better sweeteners, and food crafted with absolute integrity.

SMALL-BATCH CRAFTED PEANUT BUTTER

Pure, rich fuel made from honest elements. We cut out the cloying sweetness, cheap palm oil, and artificial fillers—delivering just pure ingredients roasted and ground strictly to order.

To be honest, I used to hate peanut butter. Growing up on generic supermarket jars, all I tasted was cloying sweetness, cheap palm oil, and stabilizers. It felt more like a chemistry lab experiment than food. That changed the moment I tried a truly pure version and realized we'd all been lied to. If real peanut butter only needs pure ingredients, why couldn't I make it myself? That sparked an obsession. I took over the kitchen—roasting nuts, fine-tuning the grind, and stripping away every single filler until it became pure, rich fuel.

Simply Seeded is built on just three elements: deeply roasted peanuts, a pinch of Himalayan pink salt, and your choice of monk fruit or date powder. No warehouses. No dusty shelves. Your jar doesn't even exist until you order it—roasted, ground, and packed fresh so you get it at its absolute peak.

Thank you for choosing Simply Seeded.

ĀCHAR

HERITAGE & GLOBAL PICKLES

True flavor comes from genuine craft, not chemical shortcuts. We skipped the refined sugars and artificial acidity regulators to build clean, gut-healthy crunch the traditional way.

✦ In Development

Our fermentation journey started with the imported kimchi craze. I was around eight or nine, watching my family blow serious cash on imported jars loaded with bizarre preservatives. My older sister stepped up, experimented in the kitchen, and dialed in an incredible preservative-free recipe. When she left for college, the sacred duty of keeping that family supply alive fell on me—and today, I'm sharing her exact recipe with you.

That kitchen obsession with fermentation naturally led back to my roots. Growing up in Hyderabad, bold pickles were already in my DNA—from fiery Avakay to tangy Gongura and Nimmakaya. Launching with our kimchi was just the beginning; these traditional South Indian staples are following right behind.

With lacto-fermentation dialed in and our spice cabinet locked down, taking on the classic cucumber pickle was the natural next step. It's an everyday staple on burgers and sandwiches, but standard store shelves only offer soggy spears drowned in refined sugar and chemical vinegar. We brought the same craft here: clean ingredients, genuine crunch, and zero junk.

Thank you for choosing ĀCHAR.

SOMA

LIVING PROBIOTIC TEA

Honest refreshment without the artificial crash. We traded lab-made flavoring syrups and synthetic preservatives for high-grade organic fruits and patient brewing, so you can hydrate completely guilt-free.

✦ In Development

Kombucha is controversial—people either love it or hate it. But before you make up your mind, hear me out. It started with a simple craving: I wanted the crisp refreshment of cold sodas, but without the artificial chemicals and sugar crash. Fresh roadside lemonade is great, but you can't bottle it without adding synthetic preservatives. That dilemma led me straight to kombucha, and once I brewed that first batch, I was hooked.

I started with a classic black tea ferment and quickly realized you don't need lab-made flavoring syrups when real, fresh fruit exists. Every flavor—from classic Ginger Lemon to Litchi and Passion Fruit—is infused using strictly high-grade organic fruit. Getting the natural carbonation and fruit balance right took months of trial, error, and total kitchen exhaustion.

Now, we're expanding into hyper-local flavors like Mango Jackfruit, Karonda, and Jamun. Patiently fermented, naturally effervescent, and delivered fresh—so you can pull an ice-cold bottle from your fridge and enjoy pure refreshment, zero guilt.

Thank you for choosing Soma.

A Letter from the Founder

It is time to stop eating processed shortcuts that act as health liabilities. We strip away the refined sugars and lab-made stabilizers so your everyday pantry staples actually fuel your life properly.

Sometimes, life hits you with an uncomfortable truth. You realize you aren't eating right and decide to turn things around—usually right as you're halfway through a chocolate-loaded waffle. You finish the plate anyway so you don't waste money, ignoring the hospital bills down the road. I got tired of that cycle, so I took a risk and started making my own food.

I don't just mean everyday meals like dal, dosa, or rice. I mean taking on the processed staples people blindly grab off supermarket shelves: peanut butter, kimchi, kombucha, and everyday condiments. The moment you strip away the stabilizers, refined sugars, and lab-made shortcuts, food stops being a health liability and starts fueling your life properly.

Grounded exists to take that work off your plate. We craft real, uncompromised staples from scratch so you can enjoy pure food without sacrificing your health.

"If it's not healthy enough for my kitchen, it's not going into yours."
