1. Overview & Acceptance

This website and its consumables are operated by Grounded, an artisanal home kitchen based in Pune, Maharashtra. By browsing our website or purchasing our products, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our site or buy our products.

2. The Home Kitchen Facility & Exhaustive Allergen Warning

Our consumables are handcrafted in a dedicated domestic home kitchen. While we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation, you must legally acknowledge our facility conditions before purchasing:

• Excluded Allergens (Zero Tolerance): We maintain a strict zero-crustacean and zero-shellfish environment. No prawns, crabs, lobsters, shrimp, oysters, or mollusks ever enter our facility.
• Present Allergens (Cross-Contact Risk): Our home kitchen actively stores, processes, and handles the following major allergens:
  • Peanuts & Tree Nuts: (Almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios, hazelnuts).
  • Edible Seeds: (Sesame, chia, flax, pumpkin, sunflower, and mustard seeds).
  • Dairy & Milk Products: (Cow's milk, ghee, butter, curd, paneer, and cheese).
  • Gluten / Cereals: (Wheat, maida, atta, barley, oats).
  • Soy: (Soybeans, soy sauce, tofu).
  • Eggs: (Whole eggs, egg whites, baked items).
• Assumption of Risk: If you or the person consuming this product has a severe, life-threatening, or anaphylactic allergy to any of the ingredients listed above, do not consume our products. Grounded is completely shielded and legally not liable for any adverse allergic reactions caused by trace cross-contact in our home kitchen.

3. Strict Anti-Resale & Commercial Ban (Online & Physical)

Grounded consumables are sold directly to end-consumers for personal, domestic eating only. We do not operate a wholesale model.

• Online Resale Ban: You are strictly prohibited from reselling our products on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Facebook Marketplace, WhatsApp groups, Instagram, or any other digital platform.
• Physical Resale Ban: You are strictly prohibited from reselling our products physically. You may not sell them at local grocery shops, pop-up stalls, flea markets, exhibitions, or out of your home. You may not resell them at a higher price for profit, nor at a lower price.
• No Repackaging: You may not open our packaging, alter the consumables, and sell them under another name or as part of another dish commercially without written consent.
• Remedies for Breach: If we discover unauthorized physical or online reselling, we will permanently ban your account, cancel all pending orders, void all safety and liability protections, and pursue legal action against you for FSSAI violations and trademark infringement.

4. Technical Glitches & Payment Gateway Protections

• Pricing Glitches: If a technical glitch causes our website to list a consumable for ₹0 or an entirely incorrect price, we reserve the absolute right to unilaterally cancel that order and refund whatever you paid.
• Payment Security: We use RBI-authorized gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store your raw card details. We are not legally liable for banking network downtime, double-deductions caused by your bank, or payment gateway server crashes.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, photography, recipes, and text on this website are the intellectual property of Grounded. You may not steal, copy, or use our assets for commercial purposes.

6. Statutory Grievance Redressal

Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our designated Grievance Officer details are as follows:
